Tips For Reducing Weight Loss
1. Eat More Fruits and Vegetables.
2. Less fried food items .
3. Do Proper Body Exercises like running ..
4. Eat fish without fried as able to eat 2-3 times per week.
5. Use less Carbohydrates like rice  combine with anything.
6. Drink black coffee and also drink green tea.
7. Eat water soluble fibre such as barley rice.
8. Eat egg for morning breakfast itself.
9. Please Brush your teeth after finished ur eating because after brush we not want to eat  anything . we not have mind to eat anymore after brushing.
10. Use small size plate to eat .  Because it will contain only small quantity of food to eat .
